First let me say that Cwin™ (Contractors With Integrity Network™) has not Sold to Sears Siding and Sears Vinyl Siding is not a current member of Cwin™. But what if they did? What if they were? What would that look like? What would Sears Siding’s profits be?
This is an exercise in looking at real numbers with some projections. You can use these numbers and plug them into your own company’s numbers.
So what does the Contractors With Integrity Network™ currently generate in leads?
Lets take a look at a Cwin™ Report:
Estimate Requests Cwin™ Generates in Dollars Live Stats! |

The DOLLAR VALUE of Cwin™’s Estimate Requests
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
These Stats are our Actual, Live and Up-To-The-Second statistics. The table above shows the dollar value of both completed and potential estimate requests that have entered our system. The dollar amounts should give you a good idea of: the level of market exposure we currently effect and the actual value of the leads we generate. These numbers only account for the actual estimate requests that enter our system and DO NOT account for the countless number of visitors that do not submit an estimate request.
Completed Leads = visitors who filled out all of their estimate request information correctly.
Potential Leads = visitors who started an estimate request but did not fully complete it.
Clean Stats: Again all multiple submits, incomplete requests and the like have been removed to keep these stats as clean and reliable as possible.

Another way to look at Cwin’s market stats
The Sears Siding Example,
if Cwin went to Sears (a national example) as a lead generator/salesman or Sold to Sears Siding – They would be drawing leads from a $265 million dollar pool of potential jobs. Now that is a yearly $265 million and that number keeps growing.
Now we are using the total $265 million because:
a) it’s much easier to get homeowners to submit an estimate request if it is for a specific company that is marketable,
b) 90 – 95% of their traffic is just waiting for a reason to take action and
c) national siding and window companies charge much more than these numbers we’re calculated at.
The Sears Siding Example:
(national siding/window company example)
If Cwin were to work for/with Sears Siding, here is what Cwin predicts as possible:
| $265,000,000 | pool – job costs | ||
| $210,000,000 | potential – pool | 79% | |
| $55,000,000 | completed – pool | 21% | |
| $15,000 | job avg. | ||
| 17,667 | # job pool | *both potential and completed leads are calculated because of a) & b) above. | |
| $20,000 | sears siding job | *low average for sears – because many other services would also be rendered. i.e – kitchen remodels, windows, soffits, etc. |
|
| 33% | sears siding % markup | *their markup is typically higher but if they wanted to actually sell. | |
| $353,333,333 | new pool | ||
| 21% | % Proj. Closed Sales | *low average (typical close rate is 33%) | |
| $73,333,333 | $ Proj. Closed Sales | ||
| $24,200,000 | 33% Profit / Year | *no advertising costs included because Cwin would be the advertising. | |
| $72,600,000 | x 3 years | *over 3 years | |
| $121,000,000 | x 5 years | *over 5 years |
**This is just a very quick breakdown but it roughly illustrates a ‘ballpark’ of what they predict the potentials are.
***The numbers are intentionally kept ‘under estimated’ to make this model as realistic as possible.
***Some siding & window lead generators spend up to 100% of their profits towards lead generation because they KNOW their company will pick up the neighbors (surrounding houses) and that is where they will make most of their profits.
Conclusion:
I trust you can see the profitability that exists in siding leads online. Whether you are a national siding company, a lead generator or a local contractor – you should be able to see the profitability of Cwin’s leads. BTW did I mention Cwin’s Good Lead Average Percentage over the course of the past 3 years is 94.15% Good Leads and 96.97% Good leads over the past 30 days? Pretty darn impressive by anyone’s standards.
If Cwin ever sells to a national siding company like Sears Siding it’s easy to see how profitable that company would become … or maybe … the Contractors With Integrity Network might just re-launch their own siding installation services on a national basis. Who knows? The future is wide open for the leader in siding online.

I think that when you are remodeling you want to be around the project as much as possible! If you can do a lot of it yourself that helps on quality and money. Usually the best job done is the one you do because you know how you want it done and you want it done nicely because you’ll be seeing it everyday – the contracter wont! Thanks for this blog it had a lot of great information!
